How to book an appointment

Contact us to request an appointment for at least two (2) working days from now by filling out the form. We’ll book you in as close as possible to your requested time.

You must be enrolled as a patient with us to book online. If you are not, you can enrol here or make a casual patient booking by contacting us during business hours on 07 872 0300.

Do you want to be able to book your own appointment online? Once you are enrolled with us, we can arrange for you to get Well, the online patient portal that will allow you to book your own appointments

Please note

We can’t guarantee your doctor will be available at the time you request, but we will make your appointment as close as possible.

When you click 'Submit' below, you should receive an acknowledgement email within 1 minute. If you do not receive an email, please check that all fields have been completed.

We will then confirm your appointment with a follow up email within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us or phone 07 872 0300.

Cancellations must be made no later than the day before the scheduled appointment. A fee may be charged for late cancellations or non-attendance.

You’re welcome to pay for your consultation in advance. You can find information on our fees here.

Test results

Once we receive them from the lab, test results are reviewed by your GP.
If there is anything to discuss, the GP or nurse will contact you via the WELL Patient Portal, text or phone call.

In some cases, you may receive notification of a negative result or ‘no result’ directly from the lab, or from us.

If you have not heard from us within 3-4 days of having your tests done, please contact our nurse line on 07 8720300, option 2.

Note that some tests can take up to 10 days to process.
